Established in 1992 by Valerie Heritage, The Communication Challenge provides organisations with solutions designed to improve performance by engaging and motivating their employees.
In 1998 Valerie bought the sole rights to a process called index360©.
index360© was originally designed, developed and ‘perfected’ with BP Oil, ASDA, NTL and Mothercare in the early 1990’s by a group of practicing Management Consultants whose objective was to design a feedback, benchmarking and measurement process that was practical, engaging and suitable for any level/role in an organisation, whatever the size.
Valerie has further developed index360©, incorporating the latest technology, into a robust and proven process with over a dozen ‘generic’ questionnaires covering all aspects of performance in organisations:
